Several weeks ago Avalon Hill made the exciting announcement of the Axis & Allies Campaign Game and the first installment is now ready. The idea behind the campaign game is to get players from all over the world to participate in a massive Axis & Allies miniatures game. Don't be confused by the article, only the folks at Avalon Hill will be using the A&A Europe and Pacific game board to conduct the campaign. The idea is simple, every week "High Command" at Avalon Hill wil publish the orders for non-combat movement and combat movement. Your job is to read the Battle Tickets for land battles and the Naval Actions for sea battles, resolve the battles, and report back by sending in an After Action report. At the end of each week "High Command" at Avalon Hill will average out all results received to determine the outcome for the overall results and subsequently plan the next set of orders. Sounds like fun!
